Enrolment in our courses is subject to availability and may require a placement assessment. We reserve the right to recommend alternative courses based on your assessed proficiency level.
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are payable according to the payment terms specified at the time of enrolment. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified.
Individual session cancellations require 24 hours notice for rescheduling without penalty. Package refunds are available for unused sessions within 12 months of purchase, minus a 15% administration fee. No refunds are provided for sessions already attended or within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, proficiency levels, or examination results. Language acquisition depends on individual factors including commitment, practice, and prior knowledge.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verdant-grove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verdant-grove, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
